My birthday was yesterday, and Chez made me a very delicious birthday dinner. it consisted of a butternut squash gallette, Brussels sprouts with browned butter, and cranberry sauce. For desert we had a delicious flan that came out perfectly. I had a Dogfish Head Punk'in ale with dinner, and coffee with the flan. It was all delicious
